To abide by all office policies and procedures
To treat all staff members and any other persons in the clinic without discrimination of the basis of race, religion, gender, age, or sexual orientation
To make timely payment of medical bills
To refrain from conveying inaccurate, misleading, or disparaging information related to Metroplex ENT & Allergy or any of our providers on any public media platform
